Belleville, Ontario - unlocked motor vehicles were the targets of thieves overnight, as vehicles on Briarwood, Sunset and Edgehill had items stolen from them. A lap top, wallet and other items were reported stolen. Meanwhile, a resident of Gracefield Lane reported the theft of three bicycles from outside the residence.

Ipad recovered

Belleville, Ontario - just after 9pm a woman reported to police that someone had stolen her Ipad from a kiosk at the Quinte Mall. An officer managed to track and locate the item through a built in APP' and police attended at a residence on Blessington Road in Tyendinaga Twp. A 17yr old youth has been charged with theft and possession of stolen property and will appear in youth court next month. The Ipad was recovered and returned to it's owner.
