Drinking behind the wheel

• On 19 June 2018 at 9pm, police located male behind the wheel of a vehicle in the Northeast Industrial Park. The male was observed to have an open bottle of vodka in the passenger seat. A 25 year old male from Belleville was issued a 3-day license suspension.

Shoplifter

• On 19 June 2018 at 2 pm, police were called to a Millennium Parkway business regarding a shoplifter. Police located the male trying to leave the scene in a vehicle.A 25 year old Belleville man was arrested for theft and held for a bail hearing.

Pursuit.

• On 20 June 2018 at 1:10am, police attempted to stop a vehicle on Ponton Street. The lone male occupant fled the area, and after a brief pursuit, police maintained observations on the vehicle in the area of North Front Street. Police are looking for a grey Honda Civic license BTKH 212. Anyone with information on the vehicle or the driver is asked to contact the Belleville Police Service.
