Mischief Belleville, Ontario

 

On May 19th, 2014 at 7:00 a.m. Police were contacted by Dave Reid of Belleville Water Dept.  A number of fire hydrants had been opened up by unknown person(s) overnight.  At 3:00 a.m. the fire hydrant at Maitland & Farnham was opened.  At 4:10 a.m. the fire hydrant at Pine & Stanley was opened.  Further, the following incidents were reported:

 

BE14006544 two fire hydrants were opened on Bell Blvd. between Wallbridge-Loyalist Rd. and Sidney St. 

 

BE14006545 the fire hydrant at the Avonlough pumping station on Avonlough Rd was opened.

 

BE14006546 the fire hydrant at the South George St. boat launch was opened.

 

BE14006547 the fire hydrant at the Rowing Club on Keegan Parkway was opened.

 

Anyone with information regarding the person responsible for these incidents is asked to contact Belleville Police.
