Breach of Recognizance and Possession of a Controlled Substance
Belleville, Ontario – On Friday, October 19, 2012 at 4:20 pm, police responded to a business on North front Street in regards to a problem with a female in the public washroom. Police observed a female in the public washroom in possession of a controlled substance and she identified herself with a false name. As a result of an investigation, a 24 year old female has been charged with Obstruct Justice, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Breach of Recognizance x 3 and Possession of Proceeds obtained by Crime and is being held for a bail hearing.
Warrants – Fail to Attend Court
Belleville, Ontario – On Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10:25 pm, Quinte West OPP arrested a male as result of a traffic stop on Belleville Police Service warrants for Assault and Failing to Attend Court. The 31 year old male was transported to the Belleville Police Service where he is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Breach of Undertaking
Belleville, Ontario – On Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2:06 am, police responded to a call of an unwanted male at the hospital. Upon arrival, police discovered the male was out on conditions not to consume alcohol nor be out of his residence between the hours of 11 pm and 6 am. As a result, the 22 year old male was arrested and charged with Breach of Undertaking x 2 and is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
