Belleville – At approximately 7:30 P.M on the 20th of December police attended a west end apartment building with regards to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival police arrested a 26 year old Belleville male for breach of the peace. Further investigation led to criminal charges of mischief due to repeated disturbance type issues that the male has been responsible for over recent weeks. He is being held for a bail hearing this afternoon.




Belleville – Shortly after 10:00 P.M. on the 20th of December police arrested a 19 year old female from Belleville and a 28 year old male from Markham for a number of charges including robbery, uttering threats, assault, breach of undertaking and dangerous driving. The charges stemmed from an incident in the west end where the accused’s attended a residence and confronted the occupants in relation to past issues between them. During the course of the confrontation they robbed one of the occupants and almost struck one with the vehicle that they were in. Police located the two a short time later in an east end residence and they were arrested accordingly. Both are being held for bail hearings this afternoon.
