Belleville, Ontario At 9:29 am police responded for a 2 vehicle collision on Hwy 2 east of Belleville. As a result of the investigation one person was charged with careless driving. There were no injuries.

Motor vehicle Collision, Fail to Remain

Belleville, Ontario: At 12:20 pm police attended a motor vehicle collision on Cannifton RD. A driver of a fuel truck reported that a car trailer had struck his truck. There was minor damage. The suspect vehicle was described as a blue SUV.

Wire Down

Belleville, Ontario, At approx. 7:00 pm officers attended on Everett St. with regardsto a dangerous condition. Upon arrival officers observed a wire from a hydro pole to a residence lying on the ground. The wire was a Bell Canada wire. Bell Canada advised they would take care of the problem. There were no injuries.
