Break, enter and theft

Belleville, Ontario - it was reported that a residence at Thorncliffe Drive had been entered and numerous items taken. The owners had been away for some time. Still under investigation.

Assault causing bodily harm

Belleville, Ontario - following an investigation into an alledged assault last week, a 52 year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with Assault causing bodily harm. He was later released on a promise to appear to answer to the charge in August.

Threats & more

Belleville, Ontario - as the result of a complaint of threats received via cell phone an investigation resulted in an 18yr old Belleville man being arrested on July 20. He remains in custody for a bail hearing on numerous charges, including uttering death threats, assault, criminal harassment, sexual assault and distributing child pornography.
