Breach of Recognizance

Belleville, Ontario – On Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 7:05 am, police responded to a residence on Benjamin Street in regards to a family dispute.  On arrival, police investigation revealed that a male had been released from court in May 2015 on a recognizance with several conditions.  As a result, a 27 year old Belleville male was arrested and charged with Breach of Recognizance and held for a bail hearing.

Theft

Belleville, Ontario – On Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 6:10 pm, police took a complaint of a theft of an e-bike from a residence on Monteagle Blvd.  Sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) entered a garage at a residence and removed an Electric Wheels e-bike white with a black seat.  The charger was also taken.  This investigation is continuing.
