Dog Bite - Belleville, Ontario

Belleville Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a white male in his early 20’s and his dog a cross bred King Sheppard and Rottweiler dark colored dog named “Howard”. The male suspect is described as being short, skinny with dark brown facial scruff, 2 large spacer earrings, a large stud in his bottom lip and a “Biohazard” sign tattoo on his right forearm. He was wearing a dark hoodie with blue jeans and lime green shoes. The male suspect and his dog were on a front street sidewalk around 3:30 pm on May 21st 2015 when the dog suddenly and unexpected bit an elderly lady walking by them. The male and his dog left the area prior to police arrival.  Anyone with any information in relation to this incident is asked to call Belleville Police or Quinte Crime Stoppers.
