Male Employee at Local Business Arrested and Charged for Indecent Acts

On August 16, 2016, Belleville police began an investigation at a business on Bell Boulevard in regards to a male employee exposing himself.  During the course of the investigation, police obtained information that this employee, while working, had exposed himself multiple times over several months to three female co-workers.

On August 22, 2016, a 29 year old male of Deseronto, Ontario was arrested and charged with:

                    Indecent Act          x 3

                    Mischief – Interfering with any Person in the Lawful Use,

                    Enjoyment of Property   x  3 

He was released on a Promise to Appear and an Undertaking with a court date in September.
