Suspicious Person(s)

Belleville, Ontario ? On December 21, 2010, the Belleville Police Service received two calls for service involving two suspicious males. The first incident was reported at 11:20 a.m. on Keegan Parkway on the water front trail. The victim was walking along the trail when a man exposed his genitals to her. The male was described as Caucasian, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 5'5?, average build, blond hair, dark unibrow, wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. This male may have had fishing gear with him.

The second incident was reported at 2:47 p.m., on the water front area at the rear of the Bakelite building on Dundas Street East. The victim was walking in the area and observed a male who was not wearing any pants. This male is described as Caucasian, 25 to 35 years old, approximately 5'10?, blond hair, wearing a dark coat possibly green in colour and dark pants. This male was last seen running north bound in the wooded area at the rear of Bakelite towards Dundas Street East.

It is unsure at this time if these two incidents are related however the Belleville Police Service is requesting the assistance of the public in the identification of these suspicious males. Break & Enter

Belleville, Ontario ? On December 21, 2010, a homeowner on Sidney Street reported a Break & Enter. This incident occurred between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. It is unsure at this time how entry was gained however suspects ?ransacked' the home and took an XBOX 360, 3 video games, Sony Digital Camera and prescription medication. The Break & Enter is currently under investigation.
