Break and Enter ? Belleville, Ontario

A Belleville youth has been charged with several offences following an investigation into a residential break and enter which occurred on January 6, 2012 at a Sidney Street address. A flat screen television was reported stolen from the residence and was recovered during the investigation. A 17 year old male from Belleville was arrested at approximately 6:45 pm on February 21, 2012 and was found to have other stolen property from an un-related incident in his possession at the time of his arrest. He was also on probation at the time of the incident and now has been charged with two counts of Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 and one count of Breach of Probation. His name can not be released under the terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of April 3, 2012.

Over 80 MG ? Belleville, Ontario

At approximately 2:52 am on February 22, 2012 an officer on routine patrol stopped a vehicle for speeding on North Front Street in Belleville and found that the female driver had been consuming alcohol. She was given a roadside breath test which registered a "fail? and she was arrested for Over 80 MG and transported to the Belleville Police Service where she was given a breathalyzer test and subsequently blew over the legal limit. Her vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 7 days. Charged with Over 80MG is Bridgette Larkin, 28, of Kingston. She was released from custody on a Promise to Appear with a court date of March 8, 2012.
