Break and Enter Belleville, Ontario

 

 At approximately 8:22 am on June 21, 2013 police were called to a Farnham Road business to investigate a report of a break and enter. Sometime overnight unknown persons broke in through a rear window and also broke into a truck parked on the lot. A quantity of cash and tools was reported stolen. The investigation is continuing and anyone with any information about this incident is asked to call the Belleville Police Service or Quinte Crimestoppers.

 

Intoxicated Person Belleville, Ontario

 

 At approximately 3:21 pm on June 21, 2013 police were called to a Station Street business to investigate a report of a male passed out at that location. Upon arrival police found an intoxicated male who was arrested for his own protection and transported to the Belleville Police Service. The 52 year old Belleville man was later released on a Provincial Offences Notice charged with Public Intoxication.

 

Domestic Disturbance Belleville, Ontario

 

 At approximately 2:03 am on June 22, 2013 officers were called to a Bleecker Avenue residence to investigate a report of a male and female arguing. Upon arrival they discovered that the male was bound by an Undertaking from a previous charge with conditions not to be at that residence and not to communicate with the female involved. He was arrested and transported to the Belleville Police Service. A 20 year old Prince Edward County man faces charges of two counts of Breach of Officer in Charge Undertaking. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of July 22, 2013. His name will not be released to protect the identity of the female involved.

 

Intoxicated Person Belleville, Ontario.

 

 At approximately 2:52 am on June 22, 2013 police were called to the area near the CP Rail tracks at the Coleman Street / Dundas Street West intersection to investigate a report of a male passed out. Upon arrival they found the male in question who was intoxicated. He was arrested for his own protection and transported to the Belleville Police Service. The 26 year old Peterborough man was later released on a Provincial Offences Notice charged with Public Intoxication.
