Robbery
Belleville, Ontario ? On 20 March, 2011 at 8:41 p.m., police attended at a residence on Yeoman Street in response to a complaint of a robbery. The complainants reported that 3 males attended in their residence. It is alleged that one male brandished a knife and handgun while another male robbed them of electronics. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
Kyle Labarge (18 years) of Belleville and another Belleville male (whose identity is protected by the Youth Criminal Justice Act) have each been charged with one count of Robbery with Restricted Firearm, one count of Break, Enter and Commit, one count of Disguise with Intent to commit and Indictable offence.
Kyle Labarge has also been charged with one count of Breach of Weapons Prohibition, and will appear in Provincial court on 22 March, 2011 for a bail hearing. This investigation is ongoing.

Mischief/ Weapons Arrest
Belleville, Ontario- On 22 March, 2011 at 2:22 a.m., police attended in a parking lot on Front Street in response to a complaint of male that punched and damaged the window of a vehicle. Police were in the area of this incident at the time of the call and located a male matching the description. Investigation led to the arrest of this male. Subsequent to the arrest a search of the male led to the seizure of knife. Christopher Sled (37 years) from Hamilton, Ontario; has been charged with one count of Mischief Under $5000.00 and one count of Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. Sled will appear in Provincial court on 21 April, 2011.
