Belleville, ON – On the 21st of September 2019, at approximately 10:05 p.m., Toronto Police officers turned a male over to Belleville Police. The male was arrested in Toronto on Belleville warrants for failing to appear for prints and his court date to answer to a charge of theft under $5000. 32-years-old Curtis Atkinson was released on a promise to appear with a court date of the 7th of November 2019.
