Bail Violation:
Belleville, Ont. ? On 23 August 2009, at approximately 8:25 p.m., police attended at a residence in the east end for a complaint of a male and female yelling. Through investigation it was learned that the 26 year old Belleville female had been released in June on an Undertaking to not communicate with the male she was arguing with. The female was charged with Fail to Comply with an Undertaking and subsequently released with a September court date.
Impaired Driving:
Belleville, Ont. ? On the 23 August 2009 at approximately 9:38 p.m. an off-duty officer was driving westbound on Dundas Street East near Old Kingston Road when a vehicle, which was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes, almost collided with his vehicle and a light/silver coloured Hummer. The off-duty officer called in for assistance and followed the vehicle onto Elmwood Drive where he was able to stop the vehicle. A 44 year old Belleville female has been charged with Impaired driving and Driving with over 80 mgs of alcohol in blood. She was released with a court date in September.
