Operation with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol
Belleville, Ontario ? On 20 August, 2010 at 4:01 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle collision that had occurred at Sidney Street and College Street East. This collision involved 2 vehicles and the collision occurred on private property. Investigation of this collision resulted in the arrest of one of the drivers of the vehicles. Brian Flood (50 years) of Belleville has been charged with one count of Operation of Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol and will appear in Provincial Court on 9 September, 2010.

Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario ? On 20 August, 2010 at 8:22 p.m., police responded to a residence on Gordon Street in response to a break and enter that occurred between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., where the culprits stole electronics and cash. This investigation is ongoing.
Belleville, Ontario ? On 23 August, 2010 at 3:39 a.m., police attended at a business in the one hundred block of Dundas Street East in response to an alarm. The employee reported that unknown person(s) stole a computer and caused damage to the interior. This investigation is ongoing.

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Belleville, Ontario ? On 21 August, 2010 at 1:15 a.m., police responded to a complaint of a disturbance from Station Street where the 2 males were that were instigating an argument had left the area. These males were located a short distance from the initial location and investigation led to Brent Hogan (24 years) of Belleville being charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. Hogan will appear in Provincial Court on 7 October, 2010.

Prostitution
Belleville, Ontario ? On 20 August, 2010 at 9:56 p.m. police attended on Front Street in response to a complaint of prostitution. Investigation of this incident led to Andrea Brierley (29years) of Belleville being charged with one count of Communicating for the purpose of Prostitution. Brierley will appear in Provincial Court on 16 September, 2010.

Mischief(s)
Belleville, Ontario ? On 22 August, 2010 police responded to 8 businesses on Parks Drive in response to complaints of mailboxes being damaged and a 911 sign being removed. The damage occurred sometime overnight. These investigations are ongoing.
