Breach of Probation- Belleville ON

On the 23rd of August 2015 at 12:13 am police attended to disturbance on North Park street. Investigation revealed there had been a disagreement between two parties. As a result of the police attending, a 25 year Belleville man was arrested and charged with breaching his probation. The man was later released on a Promise to Appear, with court in mid-September

Police Pursuit-Belleville ON

On the 23rd of August 2015 at 1:03 am police observed a vehicle travelling at high rate of speed southbound on North Front Street. Police attempted to stop the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop for police a continued on to College street East and south on to Cannifton Road. The driver of the vehicle, a lone male, attempted to turn left on to Station Street and loss control, coming to a stop. Police arrested a 21 year Prince Edward County male for Dangerous Driving and Fail to Stop for Police. Further investigation revealed the male had been driving alcohol.  The 21 year male was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, having over 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood , flight from police and  dangerous driving. The male had over twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. The male was later released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in early September.
