Mischief to school

Belleville, On- On 22 August at 7:30am, police received a call regarding damage to solar panels on the roof of the Quinte Secondary School property. The suspects used a ladder to gain access to the roof where a brick was used to damage solar panels. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Belleville Police Service or Crimestoppers.



Belleville, On- On 22 August at 3:45pm, police were investigating a shoplifting incident at a Millenium Parkway business when another male was observed shoplifting. Police and store security attempted to stop the male, and after a short chase, the male was arrested. A 39 year old from Bancroft faces charges of theft and breaching his conditions of bail. He was held for a bail hearing.


Warrant executed

Belleville, On- On 22 August at 10:00 members of the Drugs and Intelligence Unit as well as the Emergency Response Team execute a search warrant at a west end address. Two females were arrested for drug offences and breaching conditions of bail. They were both held for bail hearings.
