Impaired Driver
Belleville, Ontario ? On December 23, 2009, at 2:45 a.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle collision on Sidney Street. The driver of one of the vehicles was found to be intoxicated. A 29 year old Belleville male was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80mgs. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a February court date. There were no injuries and minor damage was reported as a result of the accident.
