CDSA Residential Warrants

Belleville, Ontario ? On 22 June, 2011 Project Longarm members, Belleville Police Service ERT and uniform members and Ontario Provincial Police K9 executed search warrants at two addresses on Bleecker Avenue.

Searches of the residences found 10.9 grams of crack cocaine with a value of $1090, 6 grams of marihuana with a value of $120, $1435 cash, three prohibited weapons, and drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Crosbie (33 years) of Belleville has been charged with:

Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)

Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (marihuana)

Possession of prohibited weapon ? 3 counts

Possession of property obtained by crime

Lori Allan (39 years) of Belleville has been charged with:

Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)

Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (marihuana)

Possession of prohibited weapon ? 3 counts

Possession of property obtained by crime

Breach of Probation

Fail to attend court

Kimberly Neville-Hinks (49 years) of Belleville has been charged with:

  • Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)

All three parties were released and will appear in Provincial court on 21 July, 2011. court dates in July.

Indecent Act

Belleville, Ontario ? On 22 June, 2011 at 8:35 a.m. police attended in the area of Queen Street and George Street in response to a complaint of a male that exposed his genitals to a female. This male is described as 30 to 40 years with short dark hair and tanned skin.

Belleville Police are requesting members of the public to report all suspicious persons and activity to police as soon as possible.

Theft of Boat and Trailer

Belleville, Ontario ? On 22 June, 2011 at 12:38 p.m., police attended at a residence on Mudcat Road in response to a complaint of a theft of boat and trailer from the owner's driveway. The owner reported that unknown person(s) stole a 2006, 17 foot aluminum Fishing boat with a 115 Yamaha outboard motor while on a trailer (Ontario plate X95032) between 21 June/11 10:00 a.m. and 22 June/11 at 9:00 a.m.. This investigation is ongoing.
