Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario On September 22nd, 2012, at 9:57 a.m., Police attended at a on Albert St. as the garage had been entered sometime overnight. Video games had been taken from the garage. At 10:01 a.m., Police attended at a Pine Street residence in response to . A small amount of cash had been taken. At 4:00 p.m., Police attended a local pawn shop as a male was attempting to pawn the video games from the Albert Street break-in. A 20 year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with two counts of Break, Enter and Theft and two counts of Possession of Stolen Property. Ian Lynch will appear in court on October 18th, 2012. All of the property was recovered.

Threats//Bail Violations

Belleville, Ontario On September 22nd, 2012, at 8:00 p.m., Police attended at a residence on East Moira St. as a male was pounding on the front door. Police learned that the male was breaching conditions of his Bail by being at this address. A 43 year old Belleville man was arrested and held for a Bail Hearing. He also had a warrant for his arrest for several breaches. His new charges include uttering death threats, two counts of breach of an undertaking, and three counts of breach of probation. There were no injuries; nor was there any property damage.
