Shoplifter
Belleville, Ontario – On the 22nd of April 2019 at 2:16 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident at a north end business. Employees of the business apprehended a male observed stealing pokemon cards. Officers continued the arrest of 30 year-old Belleville man and released him with a provincial offence notice for engaging in prohibited activity while on premises.
