Breach of Undertaking Conditions

Belleville, Ontario – On the 23rd of March 2017 at approximately 9:30pm, the Belleville Police Service was contacted regarding a male whom management wanted removed from a north end liquor establishment.  As police arrived, the male ran from the business and was located a short distance away.  The male was quickly identified by officers as the same male whom they arrested the evening before regarding a domestic dispute and was released on conditions which included not to consume alcohol.  The 34 year old male was clearly under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested again for breaching his release conditions.  The Belleville resident was held for a Show Cause Hearing.
