Belleville, Ontario ? On May 23rd, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Police attended at a on Zion Road in response to . Investigation revealed that unknown person(s) forced entry and stole and a coin set. This occurred between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This investigation is ongoing.

Robbery

Belleville, Ontario ? On May 23rd, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. Police received a complaint that a male had been assaulted earlier in the night. It was learned that the male victim was confronted on College St. East near the Train Station at 12:30 a.m. by three teenagers. One of the males pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his bicycle. A struggle ensued with the other males and the victim was kicked repeatedly in the head and neck area. The trio fled empty-handed and got into a black Ford Mustang with a white stripe down the middle of the car.

The suspects are described as:

Male #1 ? white male, 17 years, short brown hair, black teardrop tattoo under his eye, wearing a red shirt and blue jeans

Male #2 ? white male, 17 years, short brown hair, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans

Male #3 ? white male, 17 years, short blonde hair, wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.

The handgun was described as black and silver in colour with a slide. The victim was treated for minor facial injuries.

Theft of a motor vehicle

Belleville, Ontario ? On May 23rd, 2012, at 12:30 p.m., Police attended at the Train Station in response to a stolen van. The van had been parked in the parking lot of the train station since May 22nd, 2012 at 8:10 a.m. The van is described as a 1999 Chev Express van which is white in colour. The licence plate is BBWM 711. This van has a horizontal two-tone blue stripe on each side. It also has white running boards.

Domestic Threats

Belleville, Ontario ? On May 23rd, 2012, at 9:00 p.m. Police attended at a Thurlow Ward residence in relation to threats. A 35 year old Tyendinaga Township man was arrested and held for a bail hearing. He has been charged with uttering death threats and three counts of breach of probation.
