Over 80Mgs Arrest - Belleville Ont.


On the 25th of October 2014 at approximately 12:57Am a Belleville Police Officer was conducting traffic observations on Bell Blvd when he stopped a vehicle for speeding. Investigation revealed the driver had been drinking and subsequently a roadside breath test was conducted resulting in a "fail” reading. The driver was arrested and taken to the station for further testing, determining the driver was in excess of 80 milligrams. Ryan Woodward 32yrs from Picton is charged with operating a motor vehicle while over 80mgs. He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear in Provincial Court on the 13th of November.


3 day Suspension- Belleville, Ont


On the 25th of October 2014 at 2:45Am a Belleville Police Officer stopped a vehicle for a minor traffic offence. Investigation revealed the female driver had been drinking. A roadside test was conducted resulting in a "warn” reading. The 28yr old female from Courtice Ont, was issued a 3 day licence suspension and her vehicle was towed.
