Traffic Enforcement


For the past 2 days the Belleville Police Service general patrol units conducted Traffic Enforcement in the city’s north east end. Citizen(s) were very concerned for the safety of local residents – particularly young persons. Various traffic charges were laid during this police initiative.


Cancel in full both female youths located without further incident


Missing Persons- Belleville, Ontario


Belleville Police are investigating 2 missing youths from a Charlotte Street residence. Wilda Sakanee 15yrs and Desiree Harper 12yrs were last seen at 10:50Pm when they left the residence. Sakanee is describe as female aboriginal 5’4” 130lbs, long brown hair and wearing a pink hoodie and track pants. Harper is described as female aboriginal 5’5” and 150lbs. She was wearing multicolored legging and an unknown coloured t shirt. Both females are believed to be together. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call Belleville Police.
