Liquor License Act Belleville Ontario- On the 24th July 2013 at approximately 3:30pm police responded to a man down in the area Cannifton and College street east. Upon arrival police discovered a 52 year old male who had too much to drink. The male was arrested for his own protection under Liquor License Act of Ontario. The male was lodged in the cells until he was sober enough to go home . He was charged with being intoxicated a public place and given a provincial offence notice

Liquor License Act Belleville Ontario- On the 25th July 2013 at approximately 12:30 am the Belleville Police responded to a disturbance call outside a west end residence. After a brief investigation a 34 year old male was found to have consumed too much alcohol. The male was arrested without incident and transported back to the Belleville Police Service where he was lodged until he sobered up. The male issued a provincial offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place.

Disturbance-Belleville Ontario- On the 25th July 2013 at approximately 03:30 am police attended a residence in the west end of the city regarding a verbal disturbance.A female was not calming down during involvement with the officers and after a short investigation police arrested a 43 year female for breach of the peace. She was taken to the Belleville Police Service to prevent any other issues
