Disturbance- Belleville Ontario,
On the 25th June 2014 at 1: am police responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Bridge Street East . Upon arrival police found a male who was under the influence of alcohol. Police conducted further investigation and it was discovered the male was on release documents from charges in the Toronto area. The male was on conditions, not to consume alcohol, and to be with his surety, and not to be out of his residence in Oshawa. A 38 year male was arrested for three counts of breaching his recognizance. The male will be held for a Show Cause Hearing today.
Harassment- Belleville Ontario
On the 24th June at 7:pm police responded to a harassment call at the Quinte Mall on North Front Street. Investigation revealed that three female friends had been followed by a male in a red Pontiac van. The girls saw the vehicle on Front street several times with a male watching them. The driver of the van followed the bus to the Quinte Mall, where the girls saw the same male watching them. Police conducted further investigation and as a result of witness’s good descriptions , police were able to arrest a 43 year old Belleville residence. The male was charged with two counts of Criminal Harassment and will appear in Belleville Provincial court for a Show Cause Hearing today
Accident Belleville Ontario
On the 24th June 2014 at 9:24 pm police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Dundas Street east and Church Street. There was moderate damage to the vehicle and minor injuries to one the drivers. A 32 year female was charged with left turn not in not in safety contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
