Belleville, Ont. ? On the 25th of March, 2009 at 6:17 pm police were called to a report of an assault at a west end coffee shop.  Upon arrival officers learned that a 44 yr old Belleville male had a confrontation with a 20 year old Belleville female and a 21 year old Belleville male, over the pair wanting money.  When the male refused, an argument began, and during the altercation, the female bit the male on the hand.  Both parties fled the scene.  Police located the two suspects a couple of hours later and both face charges of Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Breach of Probation.  Both were held for a bail hearing.


Stolen Vehicle


On the 25th of March, 2009, just before midnight a Tracey Park Drive residence noticed that their vehicle had been stolen.  It is un-plated and described as:  1989 GMC Sierra truck, blue in colour. 


Domestic Assault


On March 25, 2009 at approximately 7:27 pm, police responded to a Domestic Dispute at an east end residence.  Investigation revealed that the female resident had been assaulted by her spouse during the argument.  The male was present at the time of officer?s arrival.  A 29 year old Belleville man was arrested and taken into custody for Domestic Assault and Uttering Threats to Cause Death.  He was later released on a Promise to appear and Officer in Charge Undertaking with a court date in April of 2009.
