Belleville, Ontario – On September 25, 2014 at a press conference in Vaughn, Ontario it was announced that numerous charges have been laid across Ontario following a massive, coordinated, investigation by the Provincial Strategy to Protect Children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the Internet.
As part of the investigation on September 23rd, 2014 members of the Belleville Police Service’s Child Exploitation and Criminal Investigations Branch executed a search warrant at a residence in Belleville for Child Pornography Possession.
As a result, 45 year old James Terry of Belleville is charged with:
2 counts of Possessing Child Pornography,
2 counts of Accessing Child Pornography
2 counts of Making Available Child Pornography.
James Terry was released with a court appearance in November.
