The Belleville Police responded to 38 calls for service between Dec 25th 2019 5:00am and Dec 26th 5:00am.


Belleville ON - On the 25th of December 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m., police were called to a north end location regarding a single motor vehicle into a tree. When officers arrived at the scene, they located the male driver sitting on the front steps of the caller. Officers quickly determined that the male was impaired due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. 35 years old Michael Bullock of Belleville provided two sample of breath that were double the legal limit. Consequently, Bullock was charge with impaired operation, driving while over 80 mgs and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. He was given a first court appearance for the 16th of January 2020.
