The Belleville Police Service responded to 70 calls between October 25th 2019 at 5:00 a.m. and October 26th 2019 at 5:00 a.m.

Theft

Belleville ON-On the 25th of October 2019 at 10am Belleville Police attended a north end business regarding a shoplifting incident.  As a result of the investigation 36 year-old Jeremy Way of Belleville was charged with theft and released with a court date in November.

Warrants

Belleville ON-On the 25th of October 2019 at 11am Belleville Police attended the area of Bell Blvd. regarding a female who was acting strangely.  Officers arrived and located 29 year-old Audrey McLellan who was currently wanted on an outstanding warrant.  She was arrested and later released with a court date in November.

Thefts from vehicles

Belleville Police are reminding the public to lock their vehicles overnight.  Multiple vehicles were entered and items taken in the southwest corner of the city overnight between the 24th and 25th of October.
