Belleville, ON - On the 25th of November, 2018 at 7:47 p.m., officers attended on Moira Street W. with regard to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, police spoke to a complainant who indicated that her parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle. The vehicle that struck her vehicle left the scene, but a witness wrote down the licence plate. A female in her 70’s from Quinte West was located and charged with failing to report the accident.
