On 26 December 2016 Belleville Police Service attended at 6 motor vehicle collisions throughout the day 4 prior to noon and 2 later in the day. All collisions were related to the freezing rain and road conditions. Belleville Police are asking the public to allow themselves the necessary time to drive safely to their destination.
Liquor License Act
On 27 December, 2016 at approximately 0312 hours police were on patrol the Northern area of N. Front Street and observed an intoxicated male. The male was arrested for his own protection and lodged at BPS.
