Impaired

Belleville Ont , At 0320 hours officers attended at Palmer Road and Bridge Street West in regards to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival officers observed two persons outside the vehicle and the vehicle crashed into a fence. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was southbound on North Palmer Road and was going too fast to turn left at Bridge. The male driver identified as Jordan Ratcliffe,  20 years old of Belleville was charged with Impaired  Driving and Over .80 . He was released on a promise to appear with a court date in March.
