Belleville Police Service responded to 55 calls for service from July 26th at 5:00 a.m. to

July 27th at 5:00am.

Breach of Conditions

Belleville Ontario, At 935 pm officers in the downtown observed a couple who they new to be on conditions from a prior domestic dispute. After a brief investigation a Belleville male in his thirties was arrested for breaching two of his officer imposed release conditions. He was charged with two counts of breach of officer in charge conditions and held for a bail hearing today.

Public Intoxication

Belleville Ontario, At 1035 pm officers in the downtown observed a male who was staggering. Officers spoke to the Trenton male and determined that he was intoxicated to the point of being a danger to himself. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released with a 65.00 dollar fine.

Belleville Ontario, At 1055 pm officers in the the downtown observed a male who was staggering. Officers spoke to the Trenton male and determined that he was intoxicated to the point of being a danger to himself. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released with a 65.00 dollar fine.

Belleville Ontario, at 0330 hrs officers attended a residence in the west end in regards to a domestic dispute. When officers responded the parties involved had gone into an apartment on the first floor. When officers knocked on the door a male answered the door and refused to provide any information. He then shut the door and ran out and over the balcony. He landed in front of another officer. It was determined that the Belleville male in his twenties was intoxicated and a danger to himself. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released with a 65.00 dollar fine. He did not have any injuries.
