Belleville, Ontario On September 26th, 2014, at 9:24 a.m. police attended a disturbance call at a convenience store on College Street West. A woman was being restrained by several persons. It was revealed that the woman had entered the store and refused to show identification when attempting to purchase cigarettes.  The woman punched the store clerk in the face and grabbed the cigarettes.  Another customer intervened but he was punched several times.  21 year old Natalie Heaton of Belleville was charged with Robbery and two counts of Assault. She will appear in court on November 6th, 2014.  Both victims suffered minor injuries.



3 - day suspension


Belleville, Ontario - On September 27th, 2014, at 2:19 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Harriett Street.  The driver, a 36 year old Belleville man, was placed on a roadside screening device and registered a "warn. As a result his drivers licence was suspended for 3 days and his car was towed from the scene.
