Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario ? 28 March, 2010 at 2:38 p.m., police attended at a residence on Victoria Avenue in response to a complaint of an attempt break and enter. The resident reported that while in the laundry room and unknown person(s) attempted to pry the door open. Entry was not gained. This investigation is ongoing.


Belleville, Ontario ? 28 March, 2010 at 8:46 a.m., police attended at a business on Dundas Street, East in response to a complaint of a broken window on the side of the building. Investigation revealed that unknown person(s) threw a large rock which smashed through the window. This investigation is ongoing.

Theft From Motor Vehicles

Belleville, Ontario ? 28 March, 2010, police responded to 2 complaints of thefts from motor vehicles. The first came from a resident on Maple Drive where the culprits stole an IPOD, TOMTOM GPS and a digital camera. The second came from a residence on Sumac Terrance where the culprits stole a diaper bag, money and safety first mirror. Both of these investigations are ongoing.
