Belleville, Ontario On March 27th, 2014, at 5:35 p.m. police attended at the intersection of Dundas Street West and Palmer Road in relation to a two car accident. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were towed from the scene. A 19 year old Prince Edward County man was charged with failing to stop at a red light.



At 5:54 p.m. police attended a two car accident on College Street West. A 58 year old Belleville man was charged with failing to yield from a private drive.  No one was injured in this accident.







Belleville, Ontario On March 27th, 2014, at 8:25 p.m. police were called to the Belleville Bus Terminal on Pinnacle in relation to a domestic disturbance.  Witnesses directed the officers to a nearby alley.  An 18 year old Belleville man was arrested for assault.  Further investigation led to more charges dating back to June of 2013.  The male was held for a bail hearing on March 28th, 2014 on charges of assault X 2, assault causing bodily harm X 2, uttering threats of death X 2, mischief to property, and sexual assault. The victim was not injured in the most recent incident. 








Belleville, Ontario On March 28th, 2014, at 12:05 a.m. police attended at a disturbance on N. Park Street.  A 44 year old Belleville was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act.



At 2:12 a.m. police attended at Little Texas on N.Front St. at the request of the staff.  A male refused to leave the premises claiming that the staff had stolen his cell phone.  The 23 year old Norwood man was arrested for public intoxication.  During the search, the cell phone in question was located in his coat pocket.
