Police Assistance

Belleville, Ontario At approximately 07:20p.m., Belleville Police Officers responded to a residence on Pearl St. to check on the wellbeing of a male in distress. Upon arrival there was a strong odour of natural gas. Belleville Fire Department attended to assist in clearing the residence. Several adjacent residences were evacuated as a precaution. A 54 year old male was taken by ambulance to BGH. Those persons evacuated from adjacent residences were able to return a short time later.

Belleville Ontario - Belleville Police issued a number of tickets to vehicles for overnight parking. Motorists are reminded not to park their vehicles on the street overnight as they are causing problems for snow removal. You may receive a parking ticket and in addition have your vehicle towed to facilitate snow removal.
