Assault & Threats (charges laid)

Belleville, Ontario ? On November 27, 2010, at 10:45 p.m. police responded to a disturbance on Tracey Street. Police were advised all involved persons were family members who had gathered together. A dispute arose between various persons and as a result the victim reports a male attacked him by punching him several times in the face. The male then made threats to harm other family members who were present.

A 19 year Belleville male was arrested and charged with one count each of Assault and Utter Threats. He was later released with a court date set in January 2011. The name of the charged person is not being released as to protect the identity of the family victims involved.

Break & Enter ? (charges laid)

Belleville, Ontario ? On November 28, 2010, at 1:24 a.m., police responded to an alarm at a business on Adam Street. On arrival police arrested two suspects who were in the process of loading materials in a vehicle.

Nicole DOUCETTE, 27 years old from the City of Kingston was charged with one count each of Break & Enter, Possession of Break & Enter Tools and Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was later released with a court date set in January 2011.

Timothy WHITLEY, 46 years old from the City of Kingston was charged with one count each of Break & Enter, Possession of Break & Enter Tools and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was later released with a court date set in January 2011.

Break & Enter(s)

Belleville, Ontario ? On November 27, 2010, at 12:38 p.m., a homeowner on Tripp Ave reported a break & enter. Entry was gained this same date after 7:00 a.m. through a basement window. Suspects took an XBOX 360 Elite gaming system and a 2008 NHL game.

Belleville, Ontario ? On November 29, 2010, at 3:08 a.m., police responded to a break & enter in progress at a Lewis Street address. Officers arrived within two minutes of receiving the call however the suspects had already fled from the home. The suspects had gained entry through an unlocked door and took a WII gaming system, 2 game controllers and a WII game. There are no descriptions of the suspect. This Break & Enter is currently under investigation.
