Traffic Stop leads to Breach of Undertaking Charge


Belleville, Ontario On November 28th, 2014, at 8:30 p.m. police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  A 33 year old Belleville man was arrested and charged with breaching a condition of his undertaking. The man was later released with a court date in December.


Domestic Dispute Belleville, Ontario


 At approximately 8:45pm on November 28th, 2014 police were called to a residence in north end of the city, to investigate a report of a Domestic Dispute. As a result of an investigation, a 62 year old Belleville man was arrested and transported to the Belleville Police Service. He faces charges of Assault with a weapon, Uttering Threats and was held for a Bail Hearing on November 29th, 2014. His name will not be released in order to protect the identity of the victim. She was not injured as a result of the incident.




Belleville, Ontario The Belleville Police Service responded to a total of 5 accidents across the city on November 28th, 2014.  These accidents resulted in property damage only and there were no reported injuries.
