Residential Break and Enter


Belleville, Ontario On September 28th, 2014, at 10:00 pm police responded to a break and enter call to an east end residence. The break and enter appears to have happened between 5pm and 930 pm . Unknown person(s) took jewelry, perfume and computer and printer. There are no suspects at this time. If anyone has information regarding this incident please contact the Belleville Police Service or Crime stoppers.




Belleville, Ontario- On the 28thSeptember 2014 at 9:40 pm police responded to a robbery at a west end convenience store. A male had gone into the store brandishing a large knife. The suspect left the store with no property and was arrested a short time later in the vicinity of the incident . A 15 year old male, who cannot be identified, has been charged with robbery , weapons dangerous and Disguise with intent. He will be attending court in late October 2014. There were no injuries during the incident .


Counterfeit Money



Belleville, Ontario- On September, 28 2014 Belleville Police were called to a West end business where a male passed off a counterfeit American fifty dollar bill.  Police located the male at another business on North front Street and made an arrest. A 20 year old male from Etobicoke faces several charges and was held for a bail hearing. Belleville Police believe other counterfeit American fifty dollar bills were passed off in the city and are encouraging anyone who may have received one of these bills to contact police at 613-966-0882.
