26 Year Old Belleville Male Arrested and Charged with Child Pornography
In early September 2017, members of the Belleville Police Service Criminal Investigations Division began an investigation into Luring of a person under 16 years of age allegations involving a young male. As a result of this ongoing investigation, on September 27, 2017, members of the Criminal Investigations and the Tech Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the east end of Quinte West.
As a result, Tanner Neron, 26 years of age, of Quinte West Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Possession of Child PornographySec. 163.1(4)
Making sexually explicit material available to a person under 16 years of age Sec. 163.1(4)
Luring a person under the age of 16 by means of tele-communications. Sec. 172.1(1)(b
He was released with conditions: not to be alone with any person under the age of 18 years, not possess or access a device which can access the internet and not to be in a park, a school, daycare, ice-rink, pool, or any other public recreation area or facility. His court date is scheduled for October 26th 2017.

Belleville, ON – On September 28th, 2017 at 8:45 a.m. Jacob Blaind (22yrs) of Consecon attended the Belleville Police Service and turned himself over to police on outstanding warrants for Mischief Under and Fail to Appear in court. He was released on PTA with a court in late October.
Belleville, ON – On September 28th, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. April Law-Bell (30yrs) of Belleville was arrested by Toronto Police Service on outstanding warrant for Break and Enter and Fail to Comply – she was held for a bail hearing.
Belleville ON - On the 27th of September 2017, the Belleville Police Intelligence/Street Crime Unit, with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant on Moira St. 34 year old John Collingridge Jr. is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm and possessing a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, after a loaded 12 gauge shotgun was found. John Collingridge Jr. was held for a show cause hearing on the 28th of September 2017.
