Breach of Prohibition Order
Belleville, Ontario – On the 29th April 2013 the Belleville Police Service received a complaint alleging a Breach of a Prohibition Order involving a 72 year old Belleville male. The breach is in relation to a condition stating not to attend at a public park or public swimming area where persons under the age of fourteen years are present or can reasonably be expected to be present, or a daycare centre, school ground, playground or community centre.
As a result of an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Branch, Robert Marson 72 years old of Belleville has been charged with:
· 1 count of Breach of a Prohibition Order.
The male will appear for a Show Cause Hearing today, May 3rd, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
