Bail Violation
Belleville, Ontario - On October 30, 2009 at 6:45 p.m., Police attended at a bar in Foxboro in relation to an unwanted party. A 49 year old Belleville man was arrested for 4 counts of Breach of an Undertaking and held for a Bail hearing.
Intoxicated male//Bail violation
Belleville, Ontario - On October 30, 2009, at 9:00 p.m., Police responded to a report of an intoxicated male on North Park Street. A 25 year old Tweed male was initially arrested for being Intoxicated in a Public Place. He was transported to Quinte Health Care for a head injury. Further investigation of this male revealed that he was bound by a Recognizance with a condition "Not to Consume Alcohol?. Once he was released from the hospital, he was charged with Breach of Recognizance. He will appear in court in December 2009.
Assault with a weapon
Belleville, Ontario - On October 30, 2009 at 10: 00 p.m., Police were called to a disturbance that occurred at an east end residence. It was learned that one of the occupants had been assaulted with a baseball bat. The investigation is continuing with a warrant being sought for a 26 year old Belleville man.
