Belleville, Ontario – On July 30th, 2017, at 9:00 p.m. a Belleville officer was southbound on Hwy 37 in a ‘low profile’ cruiser. A car, being driven at a high rate of speed, passed the cruiser. The speed of the car was locked in at 129 km/h. The driver, a 51-year old Toronto man, received a provincial offence notice for speeding – 49 km/h over the posted limit. The fine was $359.00.

Indecent exposure

Belleville, Ontario – On July 30th, 2017, at 11:15 a.m. a woman was walking northbound on Coleman Street nearing Harriett Street when she observed a man walking towards her. The man had his genitals exposed as he walked past her. The male did not speak to the woman.

The suspect is described as a white male, early 30’s, between 5’6” and 6 feet tall, thin build with a thin face. He had short wavy brown hair. He was wearing a black, long sleeve, button up shirt; black denim pants; and black shoes.

Belleville, Ontario – On July 30th, 2017, at 7:44 p.m. police attended at a Sidney Street address regarding a disturbance. A 33-year old Belleville man was located and arrested for breach of the peace. He had minor injuries but did not require medical attention. Alcohol was a factor in this incident.
