Disturbances
Belleville ON- On August 30th 2019 at 1pm police attended a North Front Street motel regarding a female who was causing issues inside with staff and customers. As a result of the investigation 22-year-old Jasmine Metatawabin of Toronto was charged with causing a disturbance and released with a September court date.
Belleville ON – On August 30th 2019 at 3pm police attended a west end apartment building regarding 2 people who had been sprayed with bear mace in the building hallway. No injuries were suffered and as a result of the investigation 21-year-old Chassidy Green of Trenton was charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, administering a noxious substance and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. She was released with a September court date.
Break and Enter
Belleville ON- On August 30th 2019 at 6pm police attended a Highland Avenue business regarding a break and enter. Upon arrival a suspect was located nearby and was being detained by an employee. A 27 year-old Belleville resident was charged with break and enter and breach of probation. He was held for a bail hearing.
Vehicle hits house
Belleville ON- On August 30th 2019 at 9:30pm police, paramedics and the fire department attended the area of College Street and North Park Street regarding a vehicle that had driven into a house. No injuries were reported and the damage to the house was determined to be minor. The 29-year-old driver was charged with making an unsafe move on a highway.
