Impaired Driver

Belleville, Ontario - At approximately 12:45a.m. ,Belleville Police attended a single motor vehicle collision on Station St. A 21 year old Belleville resident lost control of his vehicle and collided with a pole a short distance from his residence. The vehicle received extensive damage. There were no injuries reported by the driver or passengers. The driver has been charged with drive in excess of 80 mgs and will appear in court in February.
